I. RIDE TO PARKING LOT or RIDE TO SHUTTLE

II. IN THE PARKING LOT
- change clothes
- eliminate unneccesary items

-pay for parking
III. IN THE LODGE
- get locker room
- buy food
- buy tickets
- check gear again
- make playlist
- synch schedules
IV. ON THE SKI LIFT
- listen to music
- talk to new people
- adjust hat and goggles
- adjust headphones
- select songs/make playlist
V. AT TOP OF MOUNTAIN
(same as on ski lift but in steady conditions)


MENTAL MAPPING
I wanted to then take all the thought collected from user notes and map them to the behavior trajectories.
Those are indicated in white stickies. They were then put in different orientations and ultimate helped me decipher the most important controls for the final interface. I have highlighted in text some noteworthy thoughts.
I.SAFETY RELATED
- "too hard, turn off"
- "couldn't hear her at all"
- "need to hear who's behind me"
- "what are you saying?"
- "are you talking to me?"
II. EMOTIONAL/TUNES RELATED
- "love this song,turn it up"
- "hate this song, next"
- "this song is so much louder than the rest"
- "too slow, don't want this song"
- "can't hear snow conditions, turn it down"
- "turn it up!!"
